Depending on your setup, data should flow between Freshdesk and Captions (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Freshdesk and Captions
Freshdesk + Captions + Slack: When a new ticket is created in Freshdesk, a summary is sent to Captions to generate a social media post. The marketing team is then notified in Slack with a link to the generated post.
Captions + Freshdesk + Google Sheets: When a video is generated in Captions, the details of the generation including customer feedback are added as a note to a specified Freshdesk ticket. This feedback, along with the ticket ID, is logged in Google Sheets for agent training analysis.
